About Conley Consulting
Life isn't always a linear path, and for me, it's been a journey fueled by passion, empathy, and a healthy dose of "Cushing's point-worthy" resilience (more on that later!).
My guiding light started at home, where unwavering support from my parents ignited my passion for leadership. By three, I was already organizing magic shows and after-school programs! Years in government and non-profit roles solidified my belief that collective passion fuels success. Whether collaborating with dedicated public servants or helping organizations achieve their missions, I witnessed the power of a shared purpose. A rare disease diagnosis in my 30s forced a re-evaluation. It cemented my commitment to helping others unlock their potential and experience its impact. This experience also deepened my empathy, making it a cornerstone of my approach.
Working with college students solidified my belief in Gen Z's limitless potential. However, not everyone has the tools to thrive. That's where I come in. As a navigator for both employers and employees, I help them reach common goals with the right strategies. From employee engagement programs to leadership development, my philosophy remains constant: empower individuals, foster communication, and make the little things count. Building and maintaining relationships are core values. I believe in bringing the right people together for the right reasons.
My battle with Cushing's Disease challenged me physically and shaped my perspective. I share my story with humor and resilience, highlighting the importance of servant leadership and finding meaning in every aspect of life. My journey has led me to wear many hats – consultant, advocate, and even Governor Emerita! But the one thing that ties it all together is a genuine desire to use my skills to create positive change and unforgettable experiences, one ripple effect at a time.
